Whether acquired through private signings, official public events, or our exclusive collaborations, each item undergoes strict authentication and digital database verification processes to ensure it meets the highest industry standards.
Certified Authentic
All signed memorabilia comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), carefully matched with tamper-proof holograms on both the item and the certificate. This ensures proof of authenticity can be verified Physically or Digitally (online).
Third-Party Authentication
Depending on the sport, league, event, collaboration or private signing source, some of our trusted suppliers and signing agents may work in association with globally recognized third-party authentication and grading services, particularly from the United States.
These may include:
- James Spence Authentication (JSA)
- Beckett Witness Authentication Services (BAS)
- OnlineAuthentics
- Trading card grading services such as PSA/DNA and Beckett Grading Services
In cases where our exclusive suppliers or partners hold official IP rights from athletes or celebrities, third-party verification may not be necessary. Each item already carries a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the rights owner, verified through their official databases, recognized internationally—such as Upper Deck, UFC Collectibles, Fanatics, Triple Lock, and more.
To provide complete peace of mind across the Middle East and Asia regions, The Collect Room also issues its own Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This guarantees the highest level of trust and security for any hand-signed memorabilia or autographed collectibles you choose to collect, giving you full confidence and peace of mind as a collector.
